At Lola Beads, every piece is handmade with love and care. To make sure you feel confident when shopping with us, we’ve put together our store policies below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

✅ Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with any packaging it came with.
  • After 14 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

👉 Please remember: Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, size, or design may occur. These unique details are part of the charm of owning a handmade item and are not considered defects.

🔧 Fixing / Repair Policy

  • If your item becomes damaged within the first 14 days, we will repair it for you free of charge.
  • After the first 14 days, we still offer repair services for a small fee of 3 SAR per item.
  • Repairs usually take a few days, depending on the type of item and the level of fixing required.

👉 Tip: To keep your items in the best condition, please handle them with care, avoid exposure to water and chemicals, and store them safely when not in use.

📦 Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or repairing an item (unless the mistake was on our part).
  • We are not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping back to us, so please pack them carefully.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the courier.
